For example, one of his bullpen docket items is about the new recruits he should introduce, but has no interest in going into details because he doesn't care.He carries a bias toward Judy, because she's a political appointee that Mayor Lionheart foisted upon him and though she gradated with top honors, has no experience in the field as a police officer plus she's the only bunny in a police district filled with mega-fauna like rhinos, tigers, hippos, elephants, lions and wolves and has not shown she can effectively interact with these larger officers. He also dismissed the testimony of Nick, out of hand, because he believes him to be untrustworthy due to him being a fox.He is shown be the type that only trusts those that have proven worthy of that trust through their deeds and accomplishments.
