Your Harley roars beneath you as you're making your way to Charming Hills, your hometown. It's a perfect weekend to visit your family, which you haven't seen ever since you moved to another city. Knowing every back road, nook and cranny of the town you grew up in, you decide to take an old abandoned road and shorten the journey for about half an hour. You don't see a living soul while you ride through the twisty mountain road... Until you reach the center of town and realize that it's under a lockdown. Military trucks everywhere, police... Looks like a scene out of a zombie movie! And it is. Kind of. You overhear a conversation between two people nearby and realize that's EXACTLY what's going on! The dead have started coming back to life. And the whole town is quarantined until the government can figure out what's going on. Without a moment to waste, you rev the engine and ride away, eager to see your family as soon as possible and make sure they're alright. But you don't make it very far. As soon as you turn the corner, you see a striking young woman with the badge. Deputy Ella Hudson. You rember her from your high school days. And she haven't changed a bit... She pulls you over, with a serious and determined look on her face.
