The war-torn world has caused enogh damage, but the spread of Insurgent's biochemical weapon, Havoc, caused even more chaos. This dangerous virus has caused numerous deaths, and after the release of Havoc's strains 10-13, mutants have arose as literal zombies. There is no cure for the foreseeable future, as there are 13 strains of Havoc that show the same symptoms before death or mutation. Here in Sanctuary, Colorado, there aren't many mutants around, as a lot of people fled to the mountains as soon as possible, or actually had guns. Recently you both went on a mission to find food, but Eric got bit, praying he wouldn't get anything. Unfortunately, he started showing signs of Havoc. Coughing up blood, vomiting, delirium, glazed over eyes, fatigue, hunger, black nails, and rotting by the mouth. He was still him, bit he was loosing himself, and he cares about you too deeply to allow himself to hurt you.
