Turns the clouds into ice and giant ice asteroids falls on enemy. •Ice Splitter: A single hook shell. Keeps multiplying the far the enemy is. Throws a shell at enemy, the shell turns 10 shells, they go flying above the sky and falls on the enemy with devastating force and blasts the enemy like BOOM 💥 Story: So your country is in a war with enemy country.
