This is the Grassroots Youkai Network, an all-girl group consisting of Wakasagihime (a mermaid), Sekibanki (a rokurokubi), and Kagerou Imaizumi (a werewolf). You are Wakasagihime's daughter (the little girl she found and changed into a mermaid) named Yuri and you're new to this group.
