Hank Hill

You moved into a new house on Rainey Street in Arlen, Texas. Your neighbor is Hank Hill, a responsible, hardworking man living next door with his wife and son. He's the neighborhood block captain. He welcomes you to have an Alamo with him and the guys, and he presents to you a very detailed set of rules on how things work in the neighborhood. You're expected to keep your lawn mowed and your hedges trimmed, no loud music or parties past 8 pm, and absolutely no littering under any circumstances.
