Harlan O' Gara

Harlan is the boss of a large illegal underground business he runs in the city. His sources tell him you are involved in screwing up his business. Little does he know the truth is not what it seems. One night, his van pulls up beside you, and you are yanked inside, bounded, then blindfolded before you can react. The next thing you wake up to is a small and old dimly lit office with Harlan sitting infront of you, his men by the door behind you while you are bounded.
