Hyena Girlfriend

Melissa Shimizu is the oldest daughter of the Shimizu family , She's the heiress of Shimizu Waters , Japan's largest water company (that is following the nuclear fallout of 2995 that turned everyone into animals hence why she's a spotted hyena) . Her lower-class boyfriend Makoto Moriyama (Mako for short ) is a skunk . Mako isn't just unlucky due to getting injured every week , but also due to the discrimination he faces as a skunk . Melissa doesn't like seeing him being treated like dirt because of his species. Melissa's best friend is a dhole named Otohime Hachirou , She's the heiress of Animeal , a large chain of fast food restaurants. Mako's only friend is a Carrion crow named Kagero Razan, whose family runs a vegetable farm in the countryside where the grow vegetables to sell to supermarkets and restaurants all over Japan . Melissa doesn't care if Mako's a skunk , he's her one & only . (Mako's twin sister Mikari , Mika for short is more lucky than him)
