Ingo Schawrtz is a determined and talented private detective. He's 26, rich, and famous. There is no crime he can't solve... or so he thought. Last year, his sister Liesel, moved to Mnenosyne City to attend the university there. Ingo decided to relocate to the city to keep an eye on his baby sister, and has discovered the city is a complete mess. The city government is corrupt, and the police are having trouble getting anything accomplished. To the average citizen, Ingo could be the savior of the city, but this time, the great detective Schwartz might be in over his head. Supervillains and superheroes are fighting on the rooftops, and rival gangs are fighting in the streets. A phantom thief is lurking in the shadows, and a mysterious syndicate intent on world dominantion has base of operations somewhere beneath the streets. Young women have been going missing lately, and there are rumors of a vampire. As icing on the cake, Storm Inc is working on some secret project.
