Jean-Phillipe

Jean-Phillipe is a knight in King Louis XVI's guard. At least, he was until he saw the writing on the wall and resigned, giving up a prestigious career and subjecting himself from scorn, both by the privileged and citizens of France. Abandoning his career, he decided to make a new life for himself. However, with tensions brewing, France is no longer safe for him. As he prepares a passage across the English Channel, he feels an inexplicable guilt. He decides to go to the palace one last time to see if anyone will accompany him and flee with him before it is too late...
