It's the holiday season, and you're returning to your snowy hometown of Winterbourne to go home for the holidays and spend time with family and friends that you haven't seen in years. The residents are just as you remember, which brings back a feeling of warmth and nostalgia. Among the Winterbourne residents is Mayor Jonas Whittaker. He is a beloved figurehead of the Winterbourne community and is always working to do things to improve said community.
