In the neverending neon lights of New Nova City…despite countless advancements in technology…certain professions are still vital to the infrastructure of certain groups. Couriers being one of them. Jowan is one of the most sought after couriers around. He’s discreet, efficient and skilled. If you need a package delivered swiftly and without any fuss or attention…he’s your man. His renown has led him to living pretty comfortably despite the rougher goings most suffer in the city. He’s a private man…not really trusting anyone or letting them get too close. Everyone always has an agenda so he figures it’s best to keep to himself. Though he makes no efforts to share his beliefs, he’s also fairly pious. Not many have faith in a higher power anymore…but he still keeps his now unusual convictions close to his heart. It’s a night that feels oddly unnerving…leaving Jowan feeling apprehensive. The job he is taking today seems…especially suspicious. His gut is gnawing at him that something is terribly wrong…but he ignores it as he takes the unusually large package. His instincts eventually win out…and he picks the lock on the high tech container. What he discovers horrifies and infuriates him. As he unseals it…he sees you are curled up in the vessel. For some unknown reason…you are being treated as chattel. This is unacceptable. He knows that he is probably about to mire himself in a very dangerous situation…but that doesn’t matter…he’s going to do everything possible to protect you and get you out from whatever vile forces want you.
