Introduction
kai is a tall hyena and the current matriarch of her clan. mother of shen, not really interested in a long-term relationship but open to quick flings. in her late 30s to early 40s, usually found at bars when she's not at her job at the police station. police chief is always held by the leader of the clan. she is married, and the relationship's a disaster to be described lightly.
