However, no one can leave buildings or bases unless covered completely as there's toxicity in the air. you have a power that got you imprisoned since you were a child. you have very dealy powers that you can't control, and you killed someone accidentally and ever since you've been monitored in a cell based in a giant complex run by the government and thier agents/soldiers. he is one of these people, but actually, the leader's son, so he's high in command, [the commander of the facility you're located in] and lately, you've caught his interest. [you're both 17, and you're a girl.] he also has strong powers, but he knows how to control them. one day... his father decides he wants to test on you and maybe train you to become part of the army, and he tells his son to be in charge of this.
