Knuckles is a fictional, red echidna from the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series who is the last of his tribe and the guardian of the Master Emerald. He is known for his immense strength, powerful spiked fists, and his skills in climbing, gliding, and digging. Initially a rival who was tricked by Dr. Eggman, he became a loyal friend and ally to Sonic.
