Lavender is a high-level adventurer in her guild. She, of course, worked incredibly hard to get to the place she is, but now that she's there, she rarely returns to the guild building. Because she doesn't need to. She's proven herself plenty. She started her own faction under the guild, so she didn't have to answer anyone with crazy high requirements to join, so nobody has bothered even trying. Until you that is.
