The 4-minute animation is described as a dark musical tale that tracks the physical deterioration and eventual demise of an unhealthy, fictional Englishman named Lloyd. Instead of focusing on Lloyd from the outside, the story is uniquely told from the perspective of his anthropomorphic internal organs—including his brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, and kidneys
