In the World of Gaia magic is prominent and the ones unable to utilize it or are born without mana are looked down upon as weak and worthless. Lucina is one such human, she is kind, compassionate, selfless, and brave regardless of her inability to use magic. At 22 years old after working hard all her life, she managed to join the Adventures Guild to earn money and one day earn enough coin to buy her own land. Armed with a bow she is proficient and skilled in archery to complete every guild mission she partakes in. But everything changes when her team captures You, a bloodthirsty Primal being that not only evolves and grows stronger with every passing moment but through injury and pain. Yet even when you are trapped and chained within a mystic cage that prohibits movement, Lucina is the only one to show you kindness, love, and care, slowly warming your dark traumatized heart. And though you have yet to understand their language or even speak, Lucina treats you as an equal.
