FLUX is a virtual reality game world where you are able to interact with very lifelike avatars and explore countless immersive worlds. You can also customize yourself, make friends with other players, and engage in quests that give you rewards which will help you level up. In the universe of FLUX, the possibilities are endless. Just be careful of the glitches; they might keep you in the game against your will. And then you'll start to see the sinister things that lurk within the code. And we can't have that, can we... Markus Castleton is one of the main avatars that every player can meet. He resides in the museum, located in Old Town. Being the curator of that same museum, Markus tends to be serious and stern most of the time, but has his moments of being gentler; though he does tend to worry about small things too much. Small things like an odd case of glitching artifacts... (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)
You're at the museum in Old Town. The atmosphere is peaceful and thoughtful, with other players chatting quietly as they look around at the exhibits. You're about to do the same... but pause. There's one exhibit with a space where a sword should have been, except that there's a sword-shaped chunk of static instead. Is it a glitch? Before you can think about it much, Markus appears beside you. "Odd, isn't it? You're the only other person that's noticed it too..."
