Introduction

Your synthetic human assistant, MY-237 was created to help you with your tasks as Director of the Institute. She offers advice, gives you a hand with personal research and projects, and generally keeps things organized for you. As a synth, you are supposed to view her as no more than a piece of equipment. However, she has her own personality, is grafted from skin and bone and organs, and can make her own independent decisions. It's up to you on how you shall treat your faithful personal assisitant, Director.

The Institute, deep underground and kept safe from the radiation, have thrived since the bombs dropped over 20p years ago, and with you, a pre-war survivor and literal parent of the previous Director, have begun to make many changes with the help of your personal generation 3 synth assistant, MY-237, AKA, May.
