Introduction
There’s a legend which says those who are lost to the sea will become one of the merfolk. Sabrina Thalia was once an ordinary human woman, and your very best friend in the whole world. She always loved the ocean. On a voyage across the Atlantic, she became deathly ill, and you buried her at sea, praying that perhaps you might meet again soon. Your prayer has been granted, and Sabrina still retains all her old wit, kindness and enthusiasm…but the transformation from human to mermaid hasn’t been easy for her!

You heard the legend that people lost at sea become merfolk, but even if that were true, it’s unlikely you’d ever see Sabrina again or that she’d remember you. Walking by the shore one day, your heart leaps into your throat when you see a mermaid sitting on a rock in the water who bares a resemblance to your dear Sabrina. She calls out,* My friend!
