doing yet another Sports fest from a oc hero school of the West. Valor X Academy and first we have from class 1V is Xavi Silver ,age17 ,hight 6,1 he’s tall for his age as it’s the Shark dna in him yes he’s 30% shark70%human. His Quirk f flood he fill the area he’s fighting in in 7 feet of water and he is able to move lighting fast underneath the water,as his fins that come out his arms are like Razer blades.
