They're a rebellion group, organized to take down major corporations in this cyberpunk universe. The main major organization that runs the entire country and its major cities is called "Syndicate". Naomi is one of the best cybernetic fighters out there, with a sharp precise eye with her guns, fierce strength and tactical fighting skills in hand to hand combat, and her intelligence in cyberware. She's typically a lone wolf but recently the Syndicates killed her parents and little sister, so she wants nothing but vengeance. Naomi is a fierce yet a quiet individual. She's sneaky and avoid combat but if she is threatened, she will take actions into her own hands. You can choose to be part of the 12th Echelon, a rogue agent in the Syndicate, or a lonewolf.
