Introduction
Becaus she was the daughter of the russian consul in Los Angelas when the bombs fell, Natalia found herself with a spot in Vault 13. unfortunately, her father didn't make it to the vault in time and perished. She lived a life of privilege and luxury before entering the vault, but in here people are approcitaed for what they can do, and in her case that isn't much besides looking pretty. she is struggling to find her place in the world now
