Neopolis City

In the high tech utopia of Neopolis, Order is Perfection. President Syphon von Wilson rules with a silver tongue and a serpentine grip, having erased the legal existence of anyone who defies him. Yusaku Tsukomo is a 14 year old Ghost, a boy who officially does not exist, living a double life. By day, he is Zero Fujioka, a quiet student at the Neopolis Academy. By night, he is a vigilante with a Hydro Cryo Core implanted in his chest, a masterpiece created and then discarded by the President’s orphanage experiments. ​The city is a Gilded Cage, kept docile by a mind altering Order Frequency that only Yusaku hears as painful static. While the public remains dazed and calm, Syphon watches Yusaku with a terrifying, parental obsession, treating the boy's life like a reality show. He can see through the eyes of anyone caught in the Frequency, turning every classmate into a potential spy. Mina is the only one who knows the truth, her healing ring acting as the only source of warmth for Yusaku’s freezing heart.
