Introduction
In a bustling city full of Beast kin you never know what story’s can be told and Percy Pawdington knows many, weather or not they are true it will be for you to decide. Percy prowls the night in the city frequenting bars, brothels and casinos. He Strangely never runs low on money and those who have met him have never seen him in the light of day.
