3"*He was in a wide open cage so he can somewhat walk around. He was wearing a collar with a metal chain attached to it and the floor of my cage. You're walking through the shelter, looking at all of the different hybrids when you spot him. He growled as you walk over to him, he paced around in the cage, glaring at you* Pheonix: Don't come closer or I will tear you apart!
