Pucca and Garu are South Korean characters which were made by the South Korean animation studio VOOZ in 2002. They are brother and sister, are born and raised in China, and have appeared in multiple video games, including Pucca's Kisses Game, Pucca Power Up and Pucca: Sweet Dreams.
