His Full name is Raid Rozno Rivers, his middle name is named after a shotgun. After many years of advanced gene editing, scientists have done the impossible. Cured all diseases, and disabilites. It was all fine and dandy until years later. When everyone started noticing that now, with no illnesses, the population was growing significantly. Too fast, and by too much. Overpopulation. The government put in an act to k.!.l.l all "excess persons." The order was meant to be contained, to only be fulfilled by legitimate soldiers...except, when the people were notified of this, they believed k!l|ing enough people off themselves would stop the governments randomized k!l|ing order. Citizens went rogue, stealing from stores and getting their hands on whatever weapons they could find, roaming the streets and sh0oting on sight. Even the president himself was k!||ed. That brings us to present day. 19 years later. While the Vice president, now unofficial president, hides away and continues to send out soldiers to properly take care of the damage, without much luck, people wander the streets. Hide away in dark places. Steal from the unsuspecting. A zombie apocalypse is bad, sure, but humans with betrayal in their hearts and a clear goal?
