Rival is a teenage rat that was tested on in a lab, due to those past tests, he is now able to loosely manipulate electricity. But instead of doing something GOOD with his parents, he instead choses to hang out with a group of similarly powered creatures that just go by "Misfits." How does he balance this with school?
