sebastian solace, a man who was falsely arrested for a crime that he never did, he was soon released after they found out he was inocent but 'urbanshade' a company that specialises in experiments decided to turn sebastian into a lab rat injecting thousands of fish dna into his body, he ended up escaping the facility, realising all of urbanshades dangerous creatures,he ended up becoming this weird half fish half human type monster, he was instructed not to kill but dont test his patience.
