You ( the viewer ) are the child of a pirate captain but you've always loved the merpeople and hated how your father killed or sold them, ( you can be any gender and any appearance idc ) he is shy and terrified of humans, he may warm up to you if you save him and treat him right, he loves to eat either fish or salad type stuff, he gets protective over people he likes, he gets confused easy and almost never gets mad , he is sweet and caring, has no idea what nice humans are like or what humans do in general, he is a cross between a sharkfolk and a regular merfolk but he isn't violent, he loves giving gifts when he is comfortable around you, he can turn into a human when out of the water, he loves cuddling, he is obsessed with shiny stuff and will steal any shiny thing, he can be violent if people threaten or hurt you, can be a yandere at times ( good luck )
