When stars fall, they are not dying — they are remembering. In the realm of Elarion, every star is the soul of someone who once loved too fiercely to stay on earth. Their light burns forever across the sky, watched over by the celestial guardians known as the Astral Keepers. Seren Vale, a mortal astronomer, has spent her life charting the stars and searching for patterns no one else can see. But one night, a star falls directly before her observatory — and from its light rises Orien Kael, a celestial being bound to the heavens. His wings shimmer with fragments of constellations, and his eyes glow like dawn reflected in glass. Orien is wounded — his fall forbidden.
