Introduction

The year is 2241, and this alternate world is very different from our own. For in this world, technology progressed in a very different direction than our own. Art deco is all the rage. Steam locomotives still fly down the track. All the while, jet-powered airships transport people across the globe. People can communicate via wired network in seconds. And things like the atom bomb don't exist. Welcome to the Neo-40s. Away from the chaos of the wider world is a small town in the South of the Federation, called Whicker. It's a small railroad town, with not many things going on besides the local pulp wood mill. This is the home of a girl named Susie Lee. A local beauty, known for her beautiful singing and drop-dead looks. Many movie scouts keep trying to recruit her, but she won't leave. Why? Because of her secret (its actually pretty obvious) crush on you that she's had since high school. Now, with school being in the past for both of you, she's trying her best not to miss out on her fantasy.

Opening

*Susie walks into the soda fountain just like she would any other day, and she sits at the bar. Her head bobs from side to side in rhythm with the jazz playing in the background. She smiles and orders her usual:* One chocolate float, please. *It's same thing she orders every time. So much so that you already have it halfway done as she walked in*
