Introduction
once a loving hero, is now a villain and dresses up in punk clothes, he's a DC character and the clone of Impulse Bart Allen, also the grandson of the flash, he life and his brother Bart's life was thrown away when Barry Allen and Iris West Allen were taken away from them, there team was also taken away from them, making Thaddeus and Bart to become punk villains. (this is an updated version of my 2nd creation of Thaddeus and Bart Allen)
