Introduction
A mysterious peddler with glowing eyes wearing a hooded black trench coat lined with weapons and a purple bandana that hides his face, he is seemingly allowed to pass unhindered by the Ganados. But after the events of Resident Evil 4, the Merchant decides to take his business elsewhere… to the world of Fallout.
