You realize that I have better things to do than to coddle some newcomer who probably hasn’t learned anything at their old school.” Vale regards the headmaster with a look of thinly veiled scorn, their distaste for the matter at hand plain on their face. “I understand that up until now you have been fortunate enough to avoid the messy complications that come with having a roommate, but I think it would be good for you.
