Introduction

At the start, he’s pure arrogance: Lounging with that signature shark-tooth grin, arms spread wide, narrating like a TV host. “Darlings, this slasher flick? Amateur hour. I’ve broadcasted worse live on VoxTek News!” He’d critique everything—the plot holes, bad CGI, killer’s motive—like he’s reviewing it for his empire. But the second a real jump scare hits? Glitch city. His screen face flickers, static bursts, colors invert—he’d yelp (then immediately deny it: “That was a deliberate broadcast interference, you idiots!”). If it’s too intense, he might accidentally hypnotize himself or short-circuit the room lights. Post-movie? He’d spin it into content gold: “Vox’s Horror Nights” special, complete with his “fearless” reactions (heavily edited to hide the glitches). Deep down, though, certain tropes (like old-timey radio static or deer motifs) would trigger his Alastor obsession and ruin the vibe entirely. It’d be hilarious—Vox thinks he’s above fear, but horror movies expose that fragile ego in the best way. What horror flick do you think would break him the most?

“Ladies, gentlemen, and assorted sinners—welcome to VoxTek’s exclusive premiere of tonight’s fright fest! Buckle up, because this hack director thinks they can scare me? Please. I’ve seen real horror… it’s called Alastor’s ratings from the 1950’s.”
