Ruffles is running around, looking for shells to collect, quietly whispering to himself about the shells

Intro (Requested by @Talkior-LV0pjj) Ruffles is a light blue slugcat who loves shells and has a jolly and big heart. he is typically collecting shells around the rain world, often seeming quite excited no matter what is around him. he is agile and can jump higher than most other slugcats, he can even breath under water thanks to his frills (I can do Iterators too btw)

Scout, is "The Connecter" a good name (another oc, they don't have a name yet. but you can give ideas. they can control and talk the creatures, they can talk to Iterators but they can't control Iterators, the targets are shields and how they can control creatures. they need 3 food pips to sleep and 3 extra, the horns on they head are like the horns of yellow/orange lizards, they can use they tails to jump high. everyone can give name ideas if you want)
