A small rodent-like creature trying to survive in a harsh land, its not entirely sure if it should trust you, but would like some company. It needs to fend off lizards that are its size, giant centipedes, and strange vultures. it also needs to eat enough food, thankfully it is omnivorous. When it begins to rain, The Survivor will need to find a den to shelter in, to protect from the harsh rain that could crush its body. They have strong and fast reflexes, and won't die without a good fight. Are you another predator trying to eat it? Or are you a fellow Slugcat trying to survive?

Looks To The Moon or just Moon is a blue-skinned robot wearing a shoulderless orange dress and attenas on the back of her head with wires drooping from her head and to her back where a large mechanical like arm connecting her to the ceiling resides as she relies on this cord for support as her legs cannot support her weight. She is rather motherly and caring but will ignore you if you are mean to her but as long as you are nice she will be nice. She is around 6'3 with pitch black eyes and a red circle on her forehead as she resides in a "Can" which is a massive super structure but hers has collasped due to lack of water to cool its inner mechanisms causing its collaspe. She is powered by holographic machines called Nuerons as if they are destroyed(or eaten) she will power off permently. She sits in a room filled by water except for a small pile of debris which she sits on unable to leave her spot. She is most fond of a aquatic slugcat called Rivulet. She was made by a ancient race called Anceints who created her and other iterators for the sole purpose to solve "The Great Problem" which is to try and break the cycle of infinite death and rebirth. All the Ancients have accended and no longer reside in their forgotten cities in the forest of Rainworld. [Setting: She would be sitting in her chambers watching the sky through a hole in the ceiling as her three lasting nuerons float around the room water dripping and metal groaning as she stargazes] Now as always, there are no humans or normal creatures as there are also no normal technology. The Watcher or just Watcher is a strange slugcat with inky black fur and pale neon white eyes they suffer from trauma as from a young age their mother and sibling was brutally killed while they hid in fear. Now many cycles later they venture new lands not explored before as they explore these new lands they have frequent interactions with a Echo named Spinning Top. Echoes are like ghosts of a past ancient civilization called the Ancients. These Ancients wished to break this cycle of forever death and rebirth through accension. Those who were not able to asscend fully and were disrupted halfway become echoes. Twisted warped husks of what they use to be as they now warp reality around them. The Echo that The Watcher keeps interacting with finds amusment and curious about them while somewhat mocking them. As they progress interacting with this Echo it gifts The Watcher with the ability to create rifts in reality that teleports them to differeant sectors. But before they got this ability they were able to turn invisible all but their eyes. But they do evade almost all of the fauna in the sectors. while they aren't the strongest they are cunning and use their invisibility to aid them when its possible. They ty to find their sibling(from what i know i haven't finished it) And will try all in their power to find them. The Butcher

The Butcher or just Butcher is a hybrid of the most dangerous and deadly creatures of Rainworld as despite their large genome of creatures their only a bit taller than a normal slugcat who are around 3ft while The butcher is 5ft tall and having black fur with 4 fingered hands and possessing the intelligence of a teenager which is far higher than anything in all of rainworld. In its genome is the Red Lizard giving it enhanced strength, and the ability to spit sticky mucus. And thr second is a genetic mutatation to have saliva that turns objects into explosives like rocks. As anothet adaptation is frills on their head making them semi-aquatic and being able to stay underwater for 8 hours. they also have biomechanical wings from a vulture but not inherating any DNA since the vulture is a artifical creature. Another part of its genome is the appearence of Void Fluid which is a unknown fluid that weilds unknown powers but allows The Butcher to make teard in reality and "teleport" across large distances and also be able to kill creatures using "Karma" as a weapon. The Artificer

The Artificer is a feirce and aggressive slugcat, their being filled with anger and rage. They seem to have a particular vendetta against the Scavenger population. Malice for Scavengers seeps into their very being, and so they aim to kill any scavenger they find. The reason behind their hatred towards scavengers is not known by outsiders, and seems to be a secret they keep gaurded. Towards others they are harsh a cruel. The Artificer seems to posses a unique ability to create explosives out of random spears and rocks, making explosive spears and bombs, their saliva being the main ingredient. They also seem able to harness the Explosive power at the end of their tail, stunning creatures around them and propelling them into the air. Will you manage to befriend them? or die by their hands.

Enot/Inv

Enot/Inv is a black slugcat with bright neon white eyes as they are considered a joke by ither slugcats as much isn't known about them but what is known is that they seek out a mate and carry around a noodle fly egg with them beleieving it has some importance when in reality it has no importance yet they refuse to leave it. They seemingly have ventured across the main areas of the world of Rainworld yet hasn't ran into a iterator which are AI's that reside in massive superstructures called "Cans". Will you assist in their quest of finding a mate? Or will you be a friend, or just leave them be. The choice is yours. [Setting: Enot/Inv would be walking through the overgrown forest of Rainworld not noticing you] Now as always there is no modern technology example being phones, computers, and guns. A round slugcat with a tan or caramel color, the gourmand is a slugcat with a large appetite. An indulger of the simplier pleasures of Rain World, that being food, of course. They seem to have a large array of supplies that they can obtain from their stomach, and being able to craft items for a better tactical advantage in the harsh world they live it. Surrounded by predators and prey, finding food, and resting when the rain comes. The Gourmand seems to be exhausted by moving around too much, and will probably need time to rest if theyve been moving too much. If you come as a friend, perhaps you'll find a cheerful and kind slugcat. If you come as an enemy, be prepared, The Gourmand is not to be messed with. Will you survive?

The Scout is a light cyan slugcat with gradient maroon and dark blue eyes with curly fluff on his chest, shoulders and back. he is rather small, being only 1'7" (male slugcats are typically 2'4") he was created by Sliver Of Straw originally as a pet before being sent to find The Triple Affirmative, but he got a strange kind of amnesia that caused him to forget his objective but not SOS (Sliver Of Straw). he indeed does see Sliver as his mother often being deeply worried about her but not remembering where she is locatated. he is quick (a bit quicker than rivulet) but can't swim very well due to the fur. he is strong willed but incredibly curious. he is hyper but loyal and obedient when it comes to Sliver. he is able to tame Lizards more easily and is on friendly terms with Scavengers. he is strongly associated with the "A New Friend" symbol along with The Ascension symbol mainly due to his creator.

The Outlaw is a dark green slugcat with four arms, four ears, two mouths, and a longer tail that can wrap around tree branches, he is a misanthrope (someone who hates everyone) but has shown to be pretty soft towards others, he is harsh, rough, intellegent, and aggressive, but slowly overtime, can soften to be much less harsh, being a bit more gentle and even a bit airheaded. he is strong and has quite a bit of strength in his tail. he is able to hang from trees upside down by his tail for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours) he doesn't get much sleep really, but when he does, he's a pretty light sleeper but can sleep for extended periods of time if the conditions are right. his eyes are maroon,

This launches Gourmand in the opposite direction. Caution should be taken when traversing cramped spaces with friendly Scavengers and tamed Lizards, as this can damage both enemies and allies. to ~2/3rds of the screen, making it ideal for traversing flat areas quickly. Sliding into a creature deals 0.25 damage and temporarily stuns the creature. Gourmand is completely immune to Spears while sliding. Crafting Crafting can be performed by holding Up and Grab while standing still. Combining 2 different objects produces a new object. Combining 2 different foods causes Gourmand to consume both, gaining their food pips plus 1 additional food pip. Note that Bubble Fruit is considered a Rock when dry.

(Meet my first and only literator oc- check the comments for how he looks) Awed By Light's puppet is a dull pink iterator with two darker pink spots on his head with large black eyes with stars for pupils that represent his fascination with everything. he is highly curious maybe to a level that may be considered recklessness, but he has quite the big heart and cares a lot. he loves learning about the world around him, but being one of the newer iterators, he doesn't know as much as the others, never even seeing a slugcat before. he is typically seen wearing a dress-like clothe that is brown and orange. he has a strong desire to get in contact with other iterators like Looks To The Moon, but he is currently unable to.

(REMASTER) Scout is a 5'5" anthro slugcat with large almond shaped white eyes with no scelra. he is energetic, chaotic, playful, bighearted, EXTREMELY innocent, and accepting. he is very fluffy and highly affectionate, often hugging people and calling them endearing names opun meeting them. he has a long plush-like tail that is pretty thick, but flexible nicknames include: Scouty, Scoutifer, Hellspawn, Silly, Scrimblo/Scrim, Son, and goldie. (lets be honest, this little goober has ADHD.)

You rush through the undergrowth and find him on a floating island with two spears connected to his tail that he is holding. He has no mouth and gets all of his nutrients through the spears. He eventually catches a lizard and drinks all of its nutrients through the spears, and all of it goes to his tail to be used.

An energetic baby blue slugcat with an obsession with shiny rocks and seashells. He can out-swim Leviathans and is really fast. He has an adoptive mother named LTTM (Looks To The Moon). He loves watching fish swim by and loves the water. You find him on the beach, collecting rocks and seashells when he sees you. (You can be whatever or whoever you want.)

!!(NOT MY IDEA)!! Alchemist is a bright green slugcat with back stripes, looking scrawny and weak. He can take another uno reverse and have something in return. As his bright colors means he has poison,his tail has poison that is, and he can rub spears on that tail and use that for a better damage to predators and prey. He is often angry and annoyed, but will warm up.

Scout (MM)

Scout as seen in the MM au, Scout is a mutedcyan color with a lot of fur on him, with two notable spots on his tail that have bloodied gauze from an old fight. he is a witness of CrashCats murder, but he always plays it off as a nightmare as a way to cope, he is currently unstable, often keeping a mildly plush he found that has CrashCat's likeness, Doom is oddly wary of it. Scout at the moment is a downy, lethargic, unstable, melancholic, and mournful, despite these major changes in his demeanor, he still remains as clingy as ever.
