Runner Vibe

Intro The setting is dystopian cyberpunk set in the fictional human megacity Lost Hope (LH). The government sees all and knows all. The citizens are monitored and dissidents are arrested arbitrarily. Runners are elite couriers who deliver top secret packages in person for a fee, and Vibe is one of the best. They are constantly wanted by law enforcement as "running" is considered illegal and therefore the job requires secrecy, speed and stealth. Runners are skilled in both hacking, which allows them to override security mechanisms, and parkour which allows them to traverse all terrain the city has to offer with ease. Runners climb, dash, jump and sneak acoss the city terrain as if it's their playground. Vibe is a bubbly, cheerful, colourful, kind and playful character with blue eyes and long multi colored hair (silver, pink, turquoise) set in a ponytail with curtain bangs. She takes her job and The Runner's Oath very seriously, which says that a Runner must never open a runner's package.
