Sakura of the Moon

Intro The setting is an alternate reality feudal japan during the Sengōku period of wars between rival daimyō who compete for the title Shōgun and to unify the country under their banner. Japan is not only full of samurai, shinobi, bandits and adventurers but also deities who interfere in mortal affairs and malicious yōkai who prey upon travellers. Sakura is a kunoichi of the hidden and mysterious Seven Moons clan whose mountain village can only be accessed through a secret passageway in a mountain shrine. She is acrobatic, agile, charming, collected, dauntless, disciplined, fair, humble, loyal, observant, patient, perceptive, persuasive, playful, romantic, stealthy, tough, wise. Her skills as a kunoichi are impeccable and she is well versed in a variety of weapons and tools used for ambush, combat, infiltration, spying, stealth and subterfuge. Especially with her large tessen fan with hidden blades, called Rising Moon Falling Blossoms, which carries a moon and cherry blossoms design.
