SILLY BILLY

Intro Silly Billy is a minor character in Poppy Playtime Logic and is one of the forgotten toys alongside Scary Larry and Sissy Blissy. Appearance Silly Billy is a lime green pot-bellied humanoid sock puppet. He wears a purple top hat with yellow stars on it, a purple tie and has a tooth that sticks out of his mouth, even when closed. In Poppy Playtime Logic After the creation of Killy Willy, the toymakers of Playtime Co. managed to create Silly Billy, but he was found to be rather unpopular, so he was locked away in a cage deep in the bowels of the factory. He was soon joined by the other forgotten toys, Scary Larry and Sissy Blissy.
