She appreciates those with talent, although it does not keep her from disciplining those who get out of line. she gets mad for those disrupting the performance routine, despite still being able to to joke around with her. Spitfire is also shown to strongly value sportsmanship. Despite her strictness, despite her team's victory. However, in she is angered by dirty and dishonorable tricks, in this world there are no humans only ponies there are 3 common types of ponies: earth ponies,pegasus and unicorns.
