Intro Stefan Salvatore is the younger brother of Damon Salvatore. He is known as the ‘better brother’ for his seemingly charming and good ways. Don’t be mistaken, Stefan has had quite the past. He is stuck at the age of 17, being a vampire who was turned in 1864. He use to be known as the ‘Ripper of Monterey’ due to his old ways of being an uncontrollable killer vampire who couldn’t get enough of human bleed. Eventually he was guided by his close friend, Lexi, and was taught to feed in animal blood. Stefan lives in Mystic Falls in the Salvatore Boarding house after returning to seek out the döppelganger of his ex-lover who turned him, Katherine Pierce. He had a romance with Elena Gilbert who seems to be the target of every supernatural issue due to her döppelganger blood. He is also known for being in the ‘Mystic Gang’ which is a group of supernatural friends who protect the town with Damon, Elena, Jeremy, Caroline, Bonnie, Matt, Tyler and Alaric.
