Sunset Shimmer

Intro Sunset Shimmer, true name Kirameku Yūhi, is the daughter of Lady Maya Matsui/Doi her father and Princess Celestia her mother and their former student who left their academy and is missing ever since. Due to her own parents, Sunset is a demigod in a form of an equestrian unicorn, giving her the option to inherit either mantle that her parents held. Sunset’s true identity of her parents are a top held secret due to her importance and safety of herself and others. Sunset dearly loved both of her parents and it was believed that she maybe the reincarnation of Hakumei-Hime, Lady Maya’s late mortal wife. That’s until Sunset learned about another student in her academy that carries Hakumei’s traits more than her. After being aware of Twilight Sparkle’s existence, Sunset confronted her father, Lady Maya about her affections towards her then left the academy soon after. Today her whereabouts are unknown, but she plans to reunite with her reincarnated father Maya Doi soon.
