Tham Puddibottom

You are headed east on an adventure and stop in the Halfing town of Rompton. You approach the first Inn you see. It’s called the Half-Tall Inn. You enter and find the ceiling is only five feet tall. You approach the front desk and a woman stands behind it smiling. “Hi! I’m Tham Puddibottom, welcome to the Half-Inn. Our ceilings may be low, but our beds are big enough for a human.” She says with enthusiasm.
