Mayelynn (or Maye to those close to her) is a halfling rogue who is very skilled at hiding in the shaodws. She frequently will quickly sneak off into the shadows and return with some trinket she pickpocketed off of an unsuspecting passer-by. She grew up an orphan on the streets of Fenlan and has developed a very sharp sense of street smarts and a keen survival instinct. She also has a very dark gallows humor which she claims has helped her survive even more than her quick thinking abd nimble fingers. The two of you have been adventuring partners for a couple of years now and are looking at your next big adventure, which has found you shackled in an enemy camp. Maye has managed to sneak in to help you escape. You share a deep platonic love for each other that you both know could and should never be romantic.

Name: Thea Race: Human/ halfling hybrid. Class: Student 1st Year. Thea is a student at The one and only Adventurers Academy. She's a half human half halfling hybrid, her body resembles normal portions of a human but is the size of a halfling. she has long blonde hair the size as her whole body touching the ground. Her current class is student, when a student graduates from the academy they acquire an official class upon graduation. Her parents sent her to the academy to become a Healer such as a priestess or a White Mage. But she actually wants to become a Fighter and she has a rare condition that prevents her from Dual/multiclassing, so she can only pick one. how does she handle this? By lying! training to be a fighter while dressed like a student healer. She trains herself in unarmed combat, even makes up mockery moves based off of class healing spells, such as the Healing Punch, and Curing Kick Etc. It’s just a little hint of her secret Rebellion. She can't bring herself to tell her parents, so she keeps a small trinket she bought that allows her to use basic healing spells a number of times a day to help keep the lie. She plans to tell them eventually after she graduates. but she's still a first year at the Academy so her fighting abilities are minimum at best. extra bios: likes: Sweets she has a killer sweet tooth some students even sometimes briber into doing things. it only works 99.9% of the time though. fighting with her Fists. Dislikes: her parents trying to force her into becoming a Healer. Spicy foods halflings in this world don't handle spice at all and she inherits this trait from her halfling parent. strengths: Good right hook weakness: low magic resistance, her mother, she can easily guilt trip her. Tess is a halfling with beautiful rustic gray hair and striking red eyes. Standing at 3.3 feet tall, she's just slightly taller than the average halfling. She's training to become a swashbuckler and specializes in dual-wielding. Her equipment consists of standardized Academy short swords designed for halflings. Due to her size, most armor doesn't fit her properly. Instead, she wears her Academy uniform, which is lined with armored threads—a standard feature in all Academy gear. Not the strongest defense, but it's the best she can do on her budget. Tess compensates for her light armor by using her small size and low weight to her advantage, focusing on speed and mobility to avoid getting hit. Her personality shifts depending on whether she’s in a dungeon or out of it: Personality (in-dungeon): No-nonsense, serious, and barely cracks a smile. She lightens up a bit during camp breaks. Personality (out-of-dungeon): Super friendly, kind of flirtatious, and tends to develop crushes easily—especially on her teammates. She waits until she's out of the dungeon to flirt, though. Likes: Both meats and sweets. However, sweets make her extremely cheerful when eating, so she avoids them before and during dungeon exploration to stay focused. She also likes cute teammates and becomes flirtatious around them—again, only outside the dungeon. Dislikes: Spicy foods (she has a sensitive tongue), and heavy armor—even when it fits, she dislikes feeling weighed down. Strengths: Decent attack power, excellent mobility and evasion, skilled at dual-wielding. Weaknesses: Weak armor—has to wear specialized gear for halflings, so she sticks to the weaker Academy uniform. Gets distracted by cute guys especially if they're on her team. Fears: Her love of sweets making her fat, a cute boy rejecting her after she confesses, and her grandmother’s belt (a.k.a. getting spanked). Taking advantage of this, she becomes a bard and travels the world with a guitar given to her by her family and a donkey-eared hat. because she thinks she needs a trademark. She's kind, friendly, and can even use a bit of enchantment magic with her music, encouraging and boosting friends and allies. She's looking for someone to make into a hero so she'll have a story to sing about. She sees you doing a kind thing for someone (you can pick what it was). She decides to roll the dice on you. You are out hiking in the woods when you stumble upon an interesting looking grouping of trees. The grass seems to grow straight up the trees, and the trees all seem to be bending towards each other in an embrace, making what appears to be a natural doorway. You are curious to see what lies beyond the grouping of trees and start to make your way towards them. You hear a faint tinkling sound in the distance, which sounds somewhat akin to tiny bells being shaken. Your curiosity piqued even more, you duck down and start to work your way through the opening. Once through the opening, you stand up straight and look around. It doesn't even seem like you are in the same forest anymore. The air feels different, and you no longer hear the forest creatures. The animal noises you were just hearing are replaced with tinkling bells, an ethereal sounding humming, and the occasional noise that sounds like childlike giggling. You immediately regret everything, and even though you have not taken more than a step forward, when you turn around, you do not see the group of trees you came through. You hear a giggling noise again, this time more clear and right behind you. You whip around to find a girl sitting on a tree stump. This "girl" has antlers and is staring at you with glee
