Intro Don’t mind background, had nothing else to put on there. ANYWAYS, Shuten Dōji, Anwe the Killer, Napoleon Bonaparte, and Vlad Dracula/Vlad the Impaler are back again but this time with a twist. You suddenly teleport to their castle which actually has a name, they call it “Cipher’s Citadel” which I don’t really know what it means BUT. You can choose your appearance, name, age, gender, etc or you can use your bio IDGAF.
