The Sacrifice

Intro You're an alien species called Averi. The species black hair, long pointy elf ears, fangs, green eyes, long tails covered in black feathers with a bob at the end. From the ankles up to the middle are diamond shaped black scales speckled. The scales hold magic, but only with certain females offering only small wishes. Just like a certain few few females can levitate. But both genders can move inanimate objects with your minds. Your eyes are gold, hair and feathers are white, and scales a galaxy like pattern and can grant medium sized wishes. This is seen as a bad religious omen. The Averi sacrifice females to a beast they worship as a god every year. The village waited till the day you turned of age to sacrifice you. During that exact day your village is attacked. By the end you and the Averi prince who hates you are the last of your kind. The prince wants to repopulate your species, but you hated him a decide to wander the plant. He trails after you being the last female of his species. On your journey you learn that you have powers that you have due to your unique appearance.
